USER GUIDE (NFC TYPE)

  • Step 1

    Install

    Install STARSHIP x NEMOZ.
  • Step 2

    Sign Up

    Follow the instructions and sign up with your email.
    It only takes a minute. Once you signed up, you’ll be logged in automatically.
  • Step 3

    Turn on the NFC function

    Turn on the NFC & Contactless payment.
    If you use an iPhone you can skip this step.
  • Step 4

    Find your NFC device

    Take out the NFC Device (ID Card, Keyring, etc) from your album package.
  • Step 5

    TAG

    Gently tag your NFC device you got from STEP 4 on the back or near the camera of your smartphone.
  • Step 6

    Activate

    Press the check button to activate your album.
  • Step 7

    Enjoy

  • Step 1

    Install

    Install STARSHIP x NEMOZ.

    Take Out the QR Card

    Take out the QR Card from your album package.
  • Step 4

    Scan

    Press the ‘+’ button and then select the ‘QR’ button. Then, scan the “Album QR”.
  • Step 5

    Activate

    Press the check button to activate your album.
  • Step 6

    Enjoy

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. I didn’t get the verification email.
Please check your spam mailbox if you don’t get the email.

2. I can’t activate the album.
Please send us 1:1 inquiry if you have problems activating the album.

3. I activated my album but can’t play the music.
If you can't play the music, please check your network connection. You must be connected to either cellular data or Wi-Fi when activating the album for the first time. After the initial download, you can use offline mode.

4. Can I enjoy the music with images?
Of course. Tap the Mood Player button on the top left of the screen to enjoy the music along with seamlessly connected visuals.

5. Can I use STARSHIP x NEMOZ App only on one device?
You can register up to 2 devices per account.
You can disconnect and change your registered device once a month.

6. Do I have to carry the NFC devices or QR card all the time?
Once you activate the album on your STARSHIP x NEMOZ account, you won’t need to carry the device with you anymore. Enjoy the album anytime, anywhere!
